VAT receipts

Hi, my business is newly VAT registered and I need to submit my first VAT return.  Could anyone please advise how I obtain my bills as VAT receipts for past and future bills?  I've tried the online chat but the advisor said they can not do it due to not being able to put VAT information on that forum.

    Sorry to hear of the difficulty you've faced when trying to obtain your VAT receipts for your account.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me and I'll be able to have up to 12 months back dated and future VAT receipts to be received.

    @rachrishton81   Do bear in mind that as a residential customer you get no service guarantee from Virginmedia, so you need a reliable backup connection for when VM goes down.  A Virgin Business contract would give you an SLA.
