VAT receipts

Hello,

I just recently got a new Virgin Media contract / package and want to ensure that I continue to get VAT receipts.

      Hi All 👋 Just returning to the public thread to keep things updated. 

      Thanks to AnnaDe for PMing with me 📩 I was able to confirm the details needed to check VAT billing is correctly set up. 

      Just a bit of extra general information about VAT Billing - once VAT billing is set up, it arrives about 2 weeks after your normal bill is generated. If you need to backdate any VAT billing this can take up to 10 days to arrive. All VAT billing is sent by post.
