VAT Invoice

On my old contract, I paid an extra charge and had paper VAT invoices posted to me. I changed contract in April 2024, and the extra paper invoice charge has disappeared. Please can I get VAT invoices on my new contract?

    Hey markdav7171551, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

    This shouldn't change if you made a upgrade or downgrade.

    Have you had a new bill for the contract yet?

    Remember these come by post so they could of got lost in the post.

      OK, I will wait and see if the paper VAT invoice continues to arrive as usual.
