VAT invoice issues
Hi
I just spent 45 min waiting in the chat and then another 45 min on the phone, getting moved around until eventually i got hung up on. What a mess!
I need something as simple as VAT shown on my bill - which i can see is a common issue!!!!!!!!
I need a VAT invoice that shows the VAT amount, for my accountant.
Please can someone from Virgin respond to me and advise how we make this happen.
