VAT invoice issues

Hi

I just spent 45 min waiting in the chat and then another 45 min on the phone, getting moved around until eventually i got hung up on. What a mess!

I need something as simple as VAT shown on my bill - which i can see is a common issue!!!!!!!!

I need a VAT invoice that shows the VAT amount, for my accountant.

Please can someone from Virgin respond to me and advise how we make this happen.

    I'm sorry you've had some trouble getting VAT receipts. You'll just need your VAT registration number handy.
