Upgrading Problem

Hi there,

Our current package is M350 Broadband for £70/month (not that we ever, ever get speeds anywhere like that).

Our price went up a few months ago and it's no longer affordable. We are considering leaving but I looked at our options and can see on the MyVirgin system, in the "change package" page, the M500 Broadband deal is £45/month, but the summary section on the right keeps saying £63/month and when trying to click through to the next page it still tries to charge us £63/month. In fact, selecting ANY of the deals (from M50 all the way up to M350) shows £63/month and tries to set that up. I will attach a screenshot below:

Please help. £70/month is far to expensive and we'd like to switch to the M500 for £43/month, or better yet the Gig package but that doesn't show up on this screen (it does on my mobile, weirdly).
