Upgrades not showing
Hi,
My contract is expiring soon and I want to see what any upgrades would cost.
Whenever I click on see your upgrades, I always see a message saying, if I want to upgrade or add TV to my broadband package I need to open a chat session.
Why can I not see any upgrade etc.?
When I go through the website, I cannot choose any offers because I already have a broadband contract.
Very frustrating.
