Upgrades not showing

Hi,

My contract is expiring soon and I want to see what any upgrades would cost.

Whenever I click on see your upgrades, I always see a message saying, if I want to upgrade or add TV to my broadband package I need to open a chat session.

Why can I not see any upgrade etc.?

When I go through the website, I cannot choose any offers because I already have a broadband contract.

Very frustrating.

    VM will always want to "chat" to you, rather than just have you click on an upgrade.  It's a better way to sell you something.  It also gives you a chance to haggle over price, don't forget.

      Hi Adduxi. Thanks for your comment. It is much appreciated. 

      I understand that i will still have to chat with VM to make the change but I still prefer to know what the general price is before having to make a decision on the spot when I have "the chat"
