Upgraded to Gig1 from M250 no change after 8 days

I recently purchased an upgrade to gig1 internet speeds on April 26, I got an email confirming my upgrade with an estimated activation date which was Monday 29 April but I haven’t received any updates and there’s no change in my speed. Can anyone help with my issue? Thanks
