Upgraded broadband but not showing on my account

Hi

As above I upgraded my broadband to the 1gig on the 30th November. I received and installed my kit today. Went in to orders and appointments but there is nothing there.

Please advise.

    Sorry to hear you were unable to find/close down your order in your online account. Normally with upgrades based on a delivery, we ask you to call the number that's usually included in the package. That number is: 0800 953 9500. Very often, you won't even need to speak to an agent.
