Upgrade to Mega TV

Hi,

I have virgin broadband for over 18 months now and have just decided to be upgraded to Mega TV package. This was ordered on the 13/03/2025 and I'm still waiting. Is this normal?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    Was the upgrade done via your online account?

    Did you receive any pre contract documents?

    It can take up to 14 days for any online orders to be processed.

    Please pop back to us when you can.

    Thanks for replying to me. Yes I did it via my account online. Yes I received pre contract via email as well as email regarding order details. I think I'm being a bit inpatient as it has not been 14 days yet. Just thought I would have heard something by now.😁👍

  • Hi,

    Can someone please help as I have not heard anything when I  added Mega TV package on top of my broadband on 13/03/25. I don't want to wait for this anymore and wish to cancel the mega TV but keep the 1gb broadband.
