Upgrade package
So my current contract runs out in June I had broadband only !! have added mega volt bundle in new 18 month contract activated my stream box yesterday but this is not showing on the virginmedia app just my old contract still how long should it take to update on the the app also unable to use netflix that is free and part of the bundle as it wants to charge when I try to sign in !! I'm also wanting to upgrade from HD to UHD but unable to until my virginmedia app updates my details thanks for any responses 🙂
