I got a SMS to upgrade my package. The deal was great but system is calculating incorrectly for my addons. I have two wifi max pods which is free for me as part of volt but in that contract its been charged £8, £4 / each. i want to get this cleared before proceeding further. How this can cleared by rolling off discount. I will provide my below contact reference numbers.

You're correct if you're on a Volt deal you would get WiFi pods free of charge but as you've posted that you will be charged £8 for WiFi max, which you shouldn't be.
