Upgrade offer accepted but not processed

I received and email about a early upgrade offer. I accepted and offer , received an email with contract details. Been awaiting 2 weeks but heard no more since. My current contract goes up in price in June.

    These early upgrade offers go wrong very often, as reported on here.

    Make sure you keep records of everything, including the times of phone calls. When you get the final contract, check carefully that the price and any included items, are exactly what you agreed to.

    If the offer was via an email it may be in the process of being applied via our back office team, this can take up to 10 working days and depending on any changes may require 30 days notice to be applied.

  • All sorted now, spoke to a member of the virgin team who found the order. He managed to match the offer himself so all happy now. Thank you.
