Upgrade never went live
Hi (I'm not the only one with this issue!)
I received an offer to recontract via email. Having signed up I received the contract information and the confirmation it would go live within 14 days but on the next bill nothing had changed. By chance I then received another offer email with a slightly better price so went through the same steps presuming something had gone wrong the first time. Again I got the order confirmation etc but yet again the next bill has arrived and nothing has changed.
Can anyone help here as I don't particularly want to waste hours on a customer service line. If the most recent order can't be activated I'll have to cancel as the February bill goes up to full price.
