Upgrade Broadband Online Not Working
Hi,
I have been trying to upgrade my broadband speed online over the last couple of days but I keep getting the following message:

Our website can't process this at the moment but our amazing chat team are on hand to support you.
I know I could phone up but I much prefer doing everything online.
Can you look into this for me, please?
