Updating Account Email Address
Hi All,
I no longer have access to the email address linked to my account. It was an old Apple me.com account which had been unused for years.
In the past few weeks Virgin have started sending verification emails to that address when I try to make changes to my account.
I contacted Virgin via phone who suggested creating a Virgin/02 account and linking it to my account. I've done this but when I go to link the email to my account it sends a verification email to the old inaccessible email address.
Has anyone had a similar experience and managed to resolve it. I feel like I'm spending a lot of time trying to resolve this and getting nowhere.
