Updating Account Email Address

Hi All,

I no longer have access to the email address linked to my account.  It was an old Apple me.com account which had been unused for years.

In the past few weeks Virgin have started sending verification emails to that address when I try to make changes to my account.  

I contacted Virgin via phone who suggested creating a Virgin/02 account and linking it to my account.  I've done this but when I go to link the email to my account it sends a verification email to the old inaccessible email address. 

Has anyone had a similar experience and managed to resolve it.  I feel like I'm spending a lot of time trying to resolve this and getting nowhere.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account and updating your email address. Have you tried to use the 'Verify in another way' option rather than the email that you no longer have access to?

      Thanks for your response.  It doesn't give me the option to verify in another way.  This is the screen I get. 

      The blanked out email address is the email address I can't access.
