Unserviceability Review

Hi there,

I'm enquiring as to why my property has been labelled as unserviceable. I am unsure as to the issue as my neighbours have virgin installed and my engineer didn't contact me for pre installation or turn up on the day of install incase I could assist. Upon speaking with virgin the assistant I was speaking with couldn't clarify what the problem was. Is there any way this can be reviewed?

    Sorry to hear that your property has been listed as unserviceable. There can be a number of reasons that this may happen. 

    We'd need to take a look at the account to see if there's any further information we can give, but just to set expectations from the outset we may not be able to change the status of the serviceability.
