Unserviceability Review
Hi there,
I'm enquiring as to why my property has been labelled as unserviceable. I am unsure as to the issue as my neighbours have virgin installed and my engineer didn't contact me for pre installation or turn up on the day of install incase I could assist. Upon speaking with virgin the assistant I was speaking with couldn't clarify what the problem was. Is there any way this can be reviewed?
