Unrequested new contract - 150 retentions dept claim I agreed to this yesterday online
I have approx 10 weeks left on my current contract.
Yesterday evening I received two emails from Virgin Media:
One email from the webteam confirming a new order and another email with the new contract details.
I have not requested a new order or change in services either online or via the phone.
The last time I spoke to or had any contact with Virgin Media was back in January regarding a fault with my broadband.
I have called 150 this morning but have had a frustrating call with the CSR telling me I must have agreed to this online.
I'm just trying to understand how this has happened and more importantly if my account has been compromised.
Who can I speak with regarding this?
