Unlink Netflix account from VM account

Hey Kath, Sorry to hijack the thread but i need the same support.

My kids tried logging in with what they thought were the correct details but instead setup a NEW account payable through virgin media and attached to an email address I dont own or have access too. I think this is a flaw by the way and there should be a two step verification.

I do want to create a new account through virgin attached to my actual email and take advantage of the 10% rebate.

At the moment I'm stuck in an endless loop. The URL on the tv for removal of subscriptions section says: https://www.virginmedia.com/manage-stream which is a 404, support docs and guides link to the wrong info and customer support (once you get past the bot) tells you somethings been done and it will take 24hrs. 3x I've had the wait 24hrs nonsense and nothing happens.

Please help.
