hi, I have had a charge yesterday for a film that I did not purchase? it was £16.99 which is a lot of money that I can't afford this tome of year and never would have spent on digital media. is there any way I could get a refund? how would I go about doing this??
Is this a Virgin Media Store purchase.
im not sure, it just says I have bought a film for 16.99 on the 24th December. I presume so since it was on the virgin box
