Unhelpful staff

I wanted to reduce my monthly payment as I’m an old age pensioner and find the package I’m on is totally unsuitable I do not want large tv or Movies but  because I still want Sport and Netflix they say that I can’t downgrade but looking online I could have small tv, Netflix and Sport for £69.99 I’m paying £124.42 it’s disgraceful the way I’ve been treated I’ve been with Virgin for over 20years but if you are a new customer they bend over backwards to accommodate you who can I complain to

    We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with recent package offers. Netflix is only included in our top packages. For the lower tier bundles, Netflix isn't included. You can however add it on and pay on top of your service charge each month. 

    From time to time, we have special offers and promotions to welcome new customers on board. When this offer ends, the package price will revert to the standard package price for the bundle. Although they may not always be available to existing customers, that doesn't mean that you miss out once you've joined us. We often have offers and special deals on our services, or one-off promotions to make sure you carry on getting the value you'd expect. 

    We're always happy to review your package and cost to help find one that best suits your needs and budget. In order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
