Unhappy with virgin media
Good evening
Can a member of virgin media team pick this up please
I have received an email in the morning advising of my contract coming to an end and my prices will be increased
I rang the virgin media customer service team via 150 and was advised i can bring the price down i agreed and was told ill be emailed my new contract through
I have just recieved an email advising my new contract starts on the 30th of December and the price has gone up
Can someone please sort this mess out its already difficult to speak to your contact centre as it is ??
