Unexpected in contract price increase

Hi,

I wonder if someone could message me concerning a seemingly random price increase?  I'm nearing the end of an 18 month contract, and other than the annual price increases there shouldn't have been any other increases, however this month the price went up by £20.01.  I'm confused why this has happened.

    After 18 months you usually lose the discounts, so the price can rise, and sometimes quite substantially.   Check your contract as it should show all discounts and when they expire.  This is all on top of the annual price rise btw.

      Also don't forget you are billed a month in advance.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies for any bill confusion. If you check this bill and the one before it, is the discount expiring on this current bill due to the time period for billing on it, being after the contract ends? IE as we bill in advance, the bill period being the 2nd-1st, and the contract expiring on the 15th just as an example.
