Unable to View Upgrade Broadband

Been trying to view the broadband options available to me via my account, keep getting message OOPS!, not very helpful. Feels i am purposly being fobbed off from accessing to change my expensive package. Get it sorted or i will switch to another provider.

    But actually, will you? VM will gamble that you actually wonโ€™t and are just making idle threats that they will ignore!

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties viewing available package change options via your online account. 

    How are you trying to access the platform? Please let us know;

    -If this is via an App or a Browser (and if via a browser, which one you are using)

    -What kind of device you are using? (Mobile, Tablet, Laptop etc)

    -If you are using the app, that you have the most up to date version (that there are no updates available)

    We can then investigate, and offer further troubleshooting steps if needed. Thanks for your patience in the meantime! ๐ŸŒž
