Unable to sign into Virgin Media Account

Logging into Virgin Media O2 ID takes me straight to the "link your virgin media account" page again.

It continues on a loop, asking for my email address.

I cannot access my Virgin Media account or emails through the web portal.

I need help!!!!!

      Have you linked the accounts with the new processed we've introduced? 

      Also we can see you've spoken to somebody today, did they manage to help at all?

        Hi Matthew,

        How do I link the account?

        I do not get any options to link the account!

        I spoke to someone but it was to renew my contract.

      If you keep seeing that image you have posted, then you have not completed the VMO2 ID registration process. Please follow the instructions from that screen by inputting your email address and pressing Next, then follow the remaining instructions.

      The option to link accounts comes after you have created the VMO2 ID.
