Unable to Reset Account Password

I have tried for the last week to reset my account password. I receive the reset link into my email but when I create a new password the page remains stuck with the message "processing." This is really frustrating as I need to access my account. I would like this resloved ASAP. This is really frustrating as I have spent an awful lot of time waiting for my password to reset and have had to join the community to try to get it resolved.
