Unable to remove TNT add on

I have been unable to remove my TNT add on from my account. I have spoken to 3 members of the virgin team via phone, who advised doing this online. It is not possible to untick the box for this add on when attempting to change my account. Please advise.

    Sorry to hear that you've not been able to remove TNT from your package. 

    Just to confirm, are you on a Stream package or on a TV360 or V6 set top box please?
