Unable to open "account settings" in my Virgin media account

I need to change the security settings child & adult but I'm unable to get the page to open ll I get is the revolving "Virgin" logo.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account and security settings. If you're still having the same issues, please can you try to access the site on a different browser or device? If you don't have any other devices or browsers downloaded, please clear your current browsers cache and try to access the page again. Please give this a try and let us know how it goes?

      I'm having the same issue and I tried on Chrome and Edge as well as mobile, all have the same problem as described by David
