Unable to login to my virginmedia after linking accounts
Dear virginmedia i duly linked my virginmedia email address (ntlworld) to my virginmediao2 login. It worked for 1 day then i was unable to login in. It wouldnt progress to the password page and it stayed blank. I am the account holder. My boyfriend was able to link his email which has continued to work. He has a sub email. I phoned up 150 last week and was given a ticket for IT. Ive been trying since and it still doesnt work. Today i managed to attempt to link my gmail account to my virginmediao2 login. It said it would send a verification email to my ntlworld account which i cannot access. I might have mucked it up now for good. I intend to phone up 150 again tomorrow. I need my email access as i am going on holiday next week, have job enquiries and payslip sent to me. Can anybody help please?
