Unable to login to My Virgin Media

I only login to My Virgin Media once a month or so to check bills and occasionally check activity on my old @ntlworld.com email that I no longer use.

Trying to login today there's a new login page that says it's sending an email with a link to my login email address (which is not with virgin/ntl). I've waited, done multiple re-sends and multiple login attempts but no email is being received at my login email address. Yes, I've checked spam folder etc. and there's nothing there. I've never had any other problems with receiving email from any other source at this address, so seems the problem is at the Virgin login server end.

So for now I can't access billing or check my virgin (ntl) email account.

How do I get this fixed when I can't even login?

  • Hi GLCS,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

We're sorry to hear you haven't received the verification email.

For email verification, make sure you check your junk or spam folders. If after a few minutes you’ve still not received it, please tap resend.

If that still doesn’t work, double check your email address or mobile phone number to make sure you’ve entered it correctly.

Please pop back to us when you can.

As I said above I've already checked spam/junk folders and there's nothing there. Also I said above I've tried re-sending the login mail and that doesn't arrive either.

The email address entered is definitely correct and there's no option to enter a mobile number. The email address I enter is recognised as valid and the next page appears saying the login email has been sent, but it never arrives.

I've also tried with a different browser with exactly the same result, no login email received.

Still doesn't work, still not getting the sign in email so can't login to check web mail or access account details or print bills.

Why was the existing login password system which was working fine changed anyway?
