unable to link vm02 account to vm account
I recently joined with a VM broadband and tv package. I cannot link the vm02 account to the virgin media account as I am told this account email does not match the email I registered with. I received my contract and direct debit confirmation through this email. This makes no sense as I only have supplied 1 email which was verified. I have contacted support twice and received promises of a call back in 24 hours with an update neither which have happened. Can you help make sense of this?
