Unable to link VM account

Hi,

Clearly this new hybrid 02/VM login portal is broken.

Keeps saying that it can't find my VM account despite 100% correct account number, area number and last name.

How to solve this?

I don't have time to sit on the phone.

  • Same issue, says account doesn't exist when the account number, area number and last name are 100% correct. Very frustrating. Clearly the new hybrid account system is broken (for some at least).

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with linking your account. 
    Are you attempting to link the accounts through a mobile or desktop device?

    Does using another device help bypass this issue?

    Please can you also try another browser to see if this allows you to proceed with registering your Virgin Media O2 ID? 

    Keep us posted with how you get on. 

  • Unfortunately it's the same result on different computers/browsers.

    I've had a VM account for many years, it's just not recognising it despite correct details. I did speak to support earlier and they have logged a ticket.

    I presume there is some issue with your identify portal as there are lots of other affected customers as well.

    If you have any solution in the meantime please let us know.
