Unable to link virgin o2 ID to virgin media account

Recently signed up for broadband so was prompted to make an account with virgin o2 D. Was then past on to link my virgin account which I assume is the same email as I’ve not been signed up with virgin media before 

then receive a message stating that they found my account but with a different email attached to said account. 

now can’t log in to see my full account when I’m due to have my internet fitted on aug 4th. My have to cancel if this can’t be sorted

    Please remember you need to be installed and active to make an online account, if you are waiting to be installed this is why it will not be working.
