Hi, I am a new customer and am having the same issue linking my Virgin Media broadband account to my VMO2 ID. I've tried every email address I own over the past few days since installation, and none is valid. I've just spent 20 mins in a queue to the customer helpline and given up waiting. If I can't sort this, I am minded to just cancel the contract and go back to talktalk, where I paid more but had no issues for 20 years.
