Unable to link Virgin account, account not found

I have been trying to login to my virgin account and when logging in with my virginmedia02 account it asks me to link my Virgin account

When i enter this information is says it can not find my account.

Even when i try the service status check page and enter my postcode and surname it says it can not find an account.

I can login to my o2 side of things just fine, its almost like my virgin accounts gone missing, what its not because I'm still being billed and have working internet every month.
