Unable to link my virgin media account with my virgin media 02 ID

I am unable to link my virgin media account with my virgin media 02 id as I no longer have access to the email address that is on my virgin media account. I haven't used that email in probably over 10 years and I don't believe it is correct anyways. Therefore I am unable to access the link to allow me to link the accounts and no longer able to access my myvirginmedia account and so my bill etc.
