Unable to link accounts

Similarly to other people I’m getting the same issue of saying I already have an account when trying to link my virgin media account. 
I’m a new customer so definitely don’t already have an account linked. I’ve tried the forgotten email option and getting an object error message. 
I’ve attached screenshots of what I’m getting. 

I can’t see on any of the threads that this has been resolved ???

  • Having the exact same issue. Old customer and I've set up new Virgin Media O2 sign in but when I try to link accounts, it asks me to log in via my blueyonder email address and I get an error message saying can't verify password?? 

  • Same issue for me, I enter my details and then get a message that they've found my account but unable to link it at the moment - meaning I can't sign in and access services - 

    This is the message I get - 

    "We found your Virgin Media account, but unfortunately we can’t link it to your Virgin Media O2 ID right now.

    Please either try again, skip and add it later, or chat to our team for more help."
