I’m a new virgin media customer and I’m unable to link my account. I keep getting the same error saying that my account is found but it’s unable to link. Can you please help me with this

Are you able to verify your account via a different method during the sign up process?

It won’t give me another option it just takes me back to the same page. I’ll include a screenshot of the error

Thanks for coming back to us with a screenshot. We're sorry to hear it's not allowing you to link the VM account to the ID.
Can you try doing this on another device to see if this allows the link?
