Unable to install virginmedia on Iphone

Morning all wondering if anybody could help, and if so, explain in layman's terms thanks.

Upto a couple of days ago, I had a virgin mail account on my Iphone.  Tried to get in it on Friday, would not let me.  I deleted the account and reinstalled it, but it now does not recognise user name or password, even though they have not been changed.

Could anybody please explain step by step, if they can, how to install my account.  I am 74 years of age so not quite up to date with technology as such.

    Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

    We do have an answer for your email question.

    Basically Apple and Microsoft have decided that our email addresses are not secure and updated there settings.

    It would be best to seek help with Apple here

    You can always view your emails though our homepage here
