Unable to get into my account because I never received a welcome email

I have been unable to get into my virgin media account because I never received a welcome email snd have yet to receive a bill with the information needed on it. I have an account number but in order to log into I need an area code which I can’t get hold of. Every time I try and contact someone/email/call it asks for this number to access my account. It’s so infuriating!!!!

there is no help here! About a month ago I spend about an hour online to the ‘chat’ and they said I should receive an email, but I haven’t!
