Unable to contact anyone re closed account

My wife is almost in tears with frustration at the deliberate attempts by VM to ignore all attempts to contact someone.

When we moved in together, she cancelled her account and was told there would be no charges.  She has this in writing by email from VM.  The equipment has been returned.

However she has received a bill and is being chased for payment.  She has sent numerous emails but received no response. She wants to speak to someone to get this resolved but is continually being deflected.  Why is it so difficult??

    Sorry to hear of your and your wife's concerns about being chased for payment on a closed account.
