Unable to access new account after house move
I'm unable to access billing or account details after a recent house move
There doesn't appear to be a way of unlinking my old account to my email address, so I can only access my previous information.
Hi Jabbo87,
Once a new Online account has been set up you can then log in and change the email you use to your preferred, this is done Via your preferences in your Online Account.
