Unable to access blueyonder emails invalid credentials after setting up Virgin Media O2 ID
I am helping my mother with her blueyonder email account and moving to a new outlook with her . I helped her sign into Virgin Media yesterday to access the email account and was prompted to change password and set up new ID for O2 & Virgin. We can sign into the account now but the emails access link says “Do you want to download “invalid credentials”on “Mail.virginmedia.com”? I need to get into the emails online to set auto forward to her gmail address. I can access my account ok. I have attached a screenshot of the message. Thanks please help.
