Two different account registered with same virgin media account number

So i recently moved to a new house and booked to moving houses services. My internet was working great before the move. Now when registering for moving house service I accidentally used a different email address than what I use. Now both accounts made with different emails have same virgin media account linked to them and its causing problems with my internet. Its unable to set up. Tried talking to customer support but not very helpful. Any way I can delete one of those account or unlink the account number? I tried to manage my account gives me an error.
