Two contracts
Hi,
I recently joined Virgin.
After some issues with getting the "right" contract (the first one was canceled because someone else was still registered at the address; the second, a 24-month contract, was opened without my consent-someone 'Virgin?' clicked the 'approve' pre-contract button on my behalf), I canceled that (in theory) and switched to a new 1-month rolling contract.
Is it normal to still see all contracts (the canceled one and the active one) on my contract page?
I was expecting to see only the active one, but since I'm new to Virgin, I'm unsure.
Any insights?
