Two contracts

Hi,

I recently joined Virgin.
After some issues with getting the "right" contract (the first one was canceled because someone else was still registered at the address; the second, a 24-month contract, was opened without my consent-someone 'Virgin?' clicked the 'approve' pre-contract button on my behalf), I canceled that (in theory) and switched to a new 1-month rolling contract.

Is it normal to still see all contracts (the canceled one and the active one) on my contract page?
I was expecting to see only the active one, but since I'm new to Virgin, I'm unsure.

Any insights?

    We're sorry to hear about the issues you've had previously 😔

    After signing in to your My Virgin Media account and clicking on "View contract", you should be able to select the contract period. 

    Is it there that you're seeing all the contracts? If so, that's to be expected.

    Yes, that is where I see two contracts.
    There is no contract "period" as such as it only list the start day.

    Would you be able to see contracts even if they were cancelled?

      Hi jav01, thank you for your response.

      Any contracts that started would be showing there, regardless of how long they lasted.

        Thanks for the clarification. Would be nice if Virgin can state the current status of the contract rather than just specify the start date but I guess that is way too complex to implement ;)
