TV packages?

Not sure if this is sthe right page.  When I signed up for Virgin it was on the understanding that included in my bundle woud be Prime and Netflix TV.  Now when trying to access these I have to sign up and pay!!    Is there a code or something I shoud be using?   I have emailed and waiting on a reply from customer service.

    Prime isn't part of any offers as far as I know.  Check your My Virgin media to see if Netflix is part of your billing.  If it is you should get a separate email with instructions.

  • I have never known VM to offer Prime. Where did you get the understanding that it does offer it from? Do you have a link or screenshot?

    It's worth bearing in mind that VMO2 wants people to sign up to the holy grail of quad-play, with VM providing broadband, TV and landline phone, and O2 providing mobile. So, there are deals that newapollo drew our attention to as well as Volt which many of us are already familiar with.

    As mentioned, we don't offer Prime through Virgin Media but we do offer Netflix.

    Usually, you'll need to wait to receive an activation email which includes an activation link for Netflix, please let us know approximately 14 days after your Virgin Media activation if this still hasn't arrived for you.
