The forum team don't add channels/amend packages.
Which channel are you wanting to add? Unless it's an individual premium channel then you would need to take out the next higher TV package.
The individual Premium channels are MUTV, LFC TV and Baby TV
The quickest way to add a channel to your package is to phone VM. If you have a VM landline then it's a free call by dialling 150. You can also dial 0345 454 1111 which is a free call included in most call plans, as it's the same as dialling an 01,02,or 03 number, however on some calls plans you need to redial after 1 hour to keep it as a free call. Channel changes placed over the phone are normally actioned straightaway.
You can also sign into My Virgin Media to make channel/package changes https://www.virginmedia.com/support/help/change-my-package/my-current-package/offers
and sometimes add them by clicking on the apps shortcut on your set top box and selecting subscriptions.
