From memory any use of the PIN on the remote on the Adult channels rings up a charge, even if nothing is watched?
If you are waiting for a promised phone call, you may have a long wait.
There have been complaints on here before that it is too easy to be inadvertently charged for these channels without the opportunity to back out.
If you are sure you haven't deliberately chosen one, you can make a formal complaint. You could request the exact time and date when it was allegedly requested, so you could check if anyone else was in the house at the time.
