TV mini hub not arrived

I have recently (early December) renewed my contract with VM, and as part of this ordered a second tv box ( mini hub?). 

Unfortunately the new contract coincided with a house move and there has been confusion over the pre-install work, engineer visits,  and then a long delay till the final installation has been properly resolved. However, this is now sorted, but the new TV box has not turned up and I have been given no delivery date, so I rather suspect it has been missed.  It is listed on the phone app as as part of my package, so I'm sure I'm paying for it. Can somebody please look into this for me ?

Posting here as I have lost the will to live with the phone lines and the chat bots.
