TV channel added to my account which I didn't ask for.

I received an email on Monday, 30th December, from Virgin Media advising me of a change to my contract. A channel - Baby TV- has been added to my account. I didn't ask for this channel to be added. I've spoken to two different advisers on the telephone, Rasiki on Tuesday, 31st December, and Arbaaz today, 3rd January, to get the channel removed. Rasiki said she would remove it on Tuesday, but she didn't. Today, Arbaaz insisted that I had added the channel online, and he couldn't cancel it for thirty days. I explained that I hadn't and asked to speak to a supervisor, but Arbaaz refused to put me through to one. Has anyone had channels added to their contract without asking for them? Any advice on how to get Virgin Media to remove the channel immediately without charging me anything?

Surely you cannot get Baby TV on its own. You get it if you subscribe to the Kids package.

Baby TV isn't part of the kids add on. It's a stand alone premium add on costing an additional £5 per month.

I see now, it's a premium channel of Kids on the 360 channel guide.
